How We Work:
Leading our in-house research and development team is the most critically acclaimed pastry chef in Minnesota. Michelle Gayer, recognized as one of the best pastry chefs in the country (multiple James Beard nominations). She works continuously to strengthen our current lines and to create new exciting items in our test kitchen.
We build lasting relationships with partners providing us the ability to create exciting solutions to meet their needs. Our depth of knowledge and years of experience allow us to offer a wide selection of products to choose from. We have all the capabilities to be the smart, efficient solution to meet our customer’s needs.
Some of the products we are most proud of are our school-compliant products. We have an assortment of Whole Grain Snack options that meet nutritional and dietary guidelines within K12 locations. Some of those items include staples such as our Blueberry and French Toast Snackbreads, to our newly formulated Pumpkin Chocolate, which was a direct request from the kids that we cater to! The list also includes an array of cookies and breakfast rounds (with flax seed and carrots) that everyone loves!
